even after a full night's sleep? Do you
have problems falling asleep at night
and staying awake during the day? Do
you snore, gasp or thrash around in your

of these questions, The SleepCare

Center of Freehold can help you get the
rest you need!

You're not alone
A recent Gallup Poll found that 65 million
American adults, more than one-third of
the population, have trouble with their
sleep. To date, more than 100 sleep disorders have been identified, affecting both
genders and all ethnic groups and ages.
The effects of sleep disorders range from mere annoyances to those that can be life
threatening. Sleep disorders have been found to play a role in high blood pressure,
heart disease, poor work performance and even strained family relationships. They
cannot only affect your health, but can interfere with a happy and productive life.
Overview of our services
- Sleep Apnea — a potentially serious breathing difficulty often accompanied by severe snoring
- Insomnia — the inability to sleep caused by any number of factors from stress and anxiety to physical illness
- Abnormal Sleep Behaviors — such as sleepwalking, bed-wetting, night terrors and frequent nightmares
It is important that you get an appropriate evaluation to determine the cause of your
sleeping problem. Because there are so many different types and causes of sleep
problems, an evaluation includes a medical and sleep history and physical
examination. At the SleepCare® Center of Freehold, this is conducted by a physician
with special training in sleep disorders.
Discuss your symptoms with your physician to determine if the SleepCare® Center
can help you.
