Pleasant Valley Adult Day Centers are medically supervised adult daycare to help
improve quality of life, promote independence and provide peace of mind to you and
your loved ones.
We help to meet the needs of
our aging community and
provide relief for caregivers at
our two comfortable, safe,
homelike locations in
Spotswood and Holmdel.
Our purpose
To provide a secure,
protective social environment for
frail, moderately handicapped, or
mild to moderately confused,
older adults who might
otherwise require institutional
care.
To offer an active daily schedule of stimulating life-enriching experiences.
To create a loving, caring atmosphere with supervised activities to affirm
dignity and relieve boredom.
To offer respite for caregivers from constant emotional pressures and the
demands of caring for a disabled elderly relative or friend.
In order to participate in our daycare program, you must be at least 16 years of age,
free of contagious disease and mobile (including the use of assistive devices). Call
us to find out if you qualify.
Our goal is to provide a friendly, pleasant atmosphere that participants look forward
to.
Our center is staffed by a full-time director and activity staff. A part-time registered
nurse is available to monitor the health status of our participants, and transportation
is available in some areas.
