GROUP KICK: Aerobic and boxing moves designed to get the heart pumping,
the legs moving, and challenge your endurance.
GROUP STEP: Join the fun choreography of this challenging step class.

***Rebound/Rebound Abs/ Rebound Circuit: Try any or all of these classes
using the mini trampoline and get in shape FAST, while having a jumping
good time. This non-impact class is great for all fitness levels. Pick
up a handout and learn about the many benefits of Rebounding.
Cardio/Dance Classes
GROUP GROOVE: Join this pre-choreographed cardio dance class that
everyone is talking about and get your GROOVE back!
Latin Dance: Don't miss this fun filled class that utilizes latin moves
and rhythm to get your heart pumping and your feet moving.
Latin Impact: Have fun in this Latin impact dance class
with a Latin flavor and Latin music. Designed to make you sweat while
having fun and learning new moves and routines.
Line Dance: Learn line dances that you can take to the clubs and come
prepared for some cardio fun!
Resistance, Toning, and Strength Training Classes
Absolution: Quick 15 minute toning sessions that focus solely on firming
and toning those hard to hit abs.
Chizzel It: Shape and tone the entire body in an effective 45-minute
intense sculpting class. Sure to produce results.
GROUP POWER: 60 minutes of POWER filled resistance training set to great
music. All levels are welcome.
Total Body Works: Firm and tone the entire body using a variety of
resistance equipment, from balls to bars. Find a NEW you!
X-Treme Sculpt: Sculpt your entire body in this 60 minutes workoutthat
is extremely effective and fun.
X-Treme Strength: Not your ordinary sculpting class. Get strong while working cardio, strength, and your entire core. Take the challenge.
Cycle
**Cycle: This indoor group cycling class consists of a trained
instructor who physically and verbally guides participants through a
routine of “journey” on a stationary bike. First time riders please come
10 minutes early to meet your instructor. A water bottle is mandatory
and you will NEED a towel!
GROUP RIDE: A FUN filled cycle class that will have you singing as your
legs are pumping. Great for new participants and experienced cyclists
alike! Get ready to sweat and SMILE.
Mind/Body Classes:
Advanced Pilates Ring: Work your core to new dimensions using the
Pilates ring. You will LOVE this class and your abs will thank you.
Classical Pilates: Activate your powerhouse in this traditional Pilates class that uses sequenced Pilates exercises to get you in shape with precise flowing movement. A must add to your routine.
Easy Power Yoga: Don't miss this class designed to introduce you to
Power Yoga. All levels welcome.
GROUP CENTERGY: This unique pre-choreographed workout will teach you
both Pilates and Yoga while helping you relax and center your thoughts.
The perfect fit for your busy life.
Hatha Yoga: Hatha Yoga is the most traditional and familiar form of
Yoga. Poses are practiced and modifications given for all levels.
Intermediate Pilates: Enhance your current Pilates practice by taking
your practice to the next level. Some Pilates experience preferred
although modifications are still demonstrated.
Pilates Mat: Strengthen your entire body while focusing on core strength
and stabilization. The REAL ab workout starts here!
Pilates Reformer: Work in a group or private session in our Reformer
room utilizing Pilates equipment. For a free demo and/or price

Tai Chi: The complete tradition of spiritual, martial and health
exercises. Tai Chi involves performing a series of movements while
learning to be calm, centered and relaxed. Establish balance,
flexibility, coordination, harmony and unity within yourself to produce
internal energy.
Vinyasa Yoga: You will love this flowing style of Yoga filled with grace
and movement. A basic knowledge of Yoga poses is helpful but not
required.
Yogalates: Don't miss this class that combines the art of Yoga with
Pilates to give you the best of both worlds in a 60- minute workout.
Power Yoga: A super class for anyone interested
in increasing flexibility and strength through a variety of Yoga
postures. You won't have to lift a weight to feel and see the
difference.
Special Population (Seniors/Arthritis) LAND
Arthritis Exercise: A non impact low intensity “LAND” exercise class
designed by the Arthritis Foundation. This class offers gentle range of
motion exercises and stretching.
Cardio Lite: A great low impact cardio class for anyone new to exercise
or with limitations. Get your heart pumping without jumping!
Gentle Pilates: Join this Pilates class that promises to give you plenty
of modifications allowing you to learn the art of Pilates without fear
of injury.
Gentle Tone: Come and take this toning class designed to get you in
shape gently. Pain free and fun.
Gentle Yoga: A simple Hatha class that will give you all the benefits of
Yoga with many modifications. Relax and breathe during this 60 minute
journey.
Group Active: This 60 minute class is designed for the
new exerciser, aqua exercise, or participant who has never taken a class
before. If you want a simple to follow land class that works the entire
body Group Active is for you. Easy to follow moves give you 20 minutes
of cardio work, followed by 20 minutes of light strength training, and
ending with 20 minutes of balance, abs and flexibility work.
Strength & Balance: Easy drills and exercises that focus on
posture and core muscle control. Learn how to prevent falls and how to
fall correctly to prevent injury. Beginner weight training included!
Yoga Lite: Simple Yoga poses that give you the benefits of Yoga without
any pain. See for yourself that Anyone CAN do Yoga!
Aqua Classes
Aqua Cardio: Jump in and join this fun filled class designed to get you
moving. Great for all levels.
*Arthritis Aqua: This low intensity class offers gentle range of motion
exercises for people with arthritis
Aqua Run: An advanced water workout that will challenge your
cardiovascular and strength ability.
Aqua Mix: Mix it up and have fun during this high energy workout made to
get your heart rate up and burn calories.
Aqua Sculpt: Tone and sculpt in the water using the water's resistance
as well as noodles and water weights.
Aqua Chi Yoga: Develop great core strength by
performing a variety of Tai Chi and Yoga moves in the water. Great for
all fitness levels.
Healthy Backs: Designed to work on the core and lower
body muscles in order to strengthen the lower back, improve mobility,
and increase range of motion
H20 Aerobics: Perform a variety of water exercises that will increase
your cardiovascular endurance. A good time is guaranteed!
Lite Splash: This entry level shallow water class offers basic
movements, gentle range of motion exercises, and "water walking".
Super Splash: Join this 90-minute class that that will work you in the
deep water and therapy pool to get your heart pumping, your muscles
strong, and increase your balance and flexibility. Some aqua Pilates are
included!
