Take the Exit for Main Street, Spotswood (615). At end of ramp, turn right onto Main Street (615). At the next light, turn right onto Old Stage Road. Go through two lights, make second left onto Crescent Avenue. Follow past some houses. You will see a sign for Chantelle's Beauty Salon and Woodmere Senior Citizen's Building on your left. Turn left here. Pleasant Valley Adult Day Care Centeris located in the first building on the right.

From 516:
Take 516 to Old Bridge Turnpike. Follow around the curves to the first light. Turn left onto Main Street (615). At next light, turn right onto Old Stage Road. Take 522 to 615. Make a right onto 615. Follow through Helmetta to Spotswood. Make a left onto Heffron Drive, then another left onto Snowhill Street. Snowhill turns into Crescent Avenue. Pass Arlington Avenue (on the right-hand side) and you will see the Woodmere Senior Citizens building on your right. Make a right into the entrance parking lot. Pleasant Valley Adult Day Care Centeris located in the first building on the right.
