Education, prevention and motivation
are only a fraction of the services
highlighted at Bayshore’s Fitness & Wellness
Center, located in Old Bridge. Located in the
Gateway Shopping Plaza, Route 9,
the new, two-story Center has 45,000

roughly double the size of Bayshore’s
Hazlet fitness center.
Bayshore Fitness & Wellness Center offers a multidisciplinary
professional staff who take a
personalized approach in creating
individualized fitness programs for
each of their members--enabling
them to maintain an active lifestyle physically, emotionally and spiritually. Each
member is given a nurse assessment every three months to monitor their physical

Bayshore Wellness Center, located inside the Fitness Center, offers expanded
rehabilitative and wellness services that integrate a multitude of therapies. Individuals
rehabilitate in an upbeat fitness center atmosphere, applying physical, occupational
and aqua therapies, that doesn’t end with physical rehabilitation. The goal of the
Wellness Center is to maximize an individual’s physical functioning and potential
through exercise--and to increase the quality of one’s life through education, physical
fitness and injury prevention. Once an individual completes the rehabilitative phase of
treatments, they are encouraged to receive the continued benefits of exercise by
joining the fitness portion of the Center.
